Not Covered in Warranty

This warranty does not cover for the losses consequent in nature, including but not limited to such as loss of business, etc. The warranty is not applicable for normal wear & tear, scratches / breakages of plastic parts and accessories / peripherals external to the equipment, including the supplied remote control.. The repair service shall be carried out through SkyVG Authorised Service Centre /personnel. The warranty can be availed also as a “carry-in” repair service at the SkyVG Authorised Service Centre?s premises. The consumer is responsible to take care that the product is not damaged while transporting it to the service center. Any transportation cost to & from the above service centers should be borne by the consumer.
