What people ask before they book
Yes, for the build. We quote against a written scope, and that number does not move unless you ask for something outside it — in which case you get a separate quote for that, in writing, before any work starts. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices at handover. The monthly hosting and maintenance plan is quoted separately, up front, and is the only recurring cost.
